GLIMRUN

The darkness is absolute. Your cursor is your only light.

You wake in total blackness. A faint glow pulses around you — barely enough to see your own feet. But there’s a flashlight tethered to your cursor, cutting through the void in a shimmering cone. It’s all you have. It’s all you need.

Run. Jump. Dash through crumbling platforms. Wall-slide past patrolling sentinels. Collect scattered light orbs that briefly expand your vision. And always, always — keep moving toward the glow of the exit.

🔦 Cursor-Driven Flashlight — Your mouse (or finger on mobile) IS the flashlight. The game world exists in total darkness — you only see what you illuminate. Every movement is a choice between looking ahead and watching your feet.

🎮 8 Handcrafted Levels — Each level teaches one new mechanic, then tests your mastery. From basic platforming in “Awakening” to the everything-combined gauntlet of “Ascension,” the difficulty curve is designed to challenge without frustrating.

🎵 Procedural Audio — Every sound is generated in real-time using the Web Audio API. No audio files. Jumps, dashes, crystal pickups, wall-slides, and ambient drones are all synthesized on the fly, creating a soundscape that feels alive.

✨ Full Juice — Screen shake on impacts. Particle explosions on every pickup. Squash-and-stretch on your character. Floating damage numbers. Ambient dust motes drifting in the void. This game was built with the philosophy that every interaction deserves feedback.

📱 Cross-Platform — Plays natively in any modern browser. Full touch controls on mobile with virtual D-pad, jump, and dash buttons. Responsive layout adapts from phone screens to ultrawide monitors.
